Merchants are responsible for fulfilling orders, communicating with customers, providing accurate product information, handling cancellations and returns, and resolving disputes with their customers.

Merchants are responsible for providing accurate payment information and verifying payments where required. StoreKoo does not guarantee the completion of transactions between merchants and customers.
